When you sign up with Quinable, you will have one month to establish your profile and reputation. The Provider Reliability Scoring will become active on your account after the first month.
We are excited to unveil our enhanced Provider Reliability Scoring system!
So, what does this mean for you? It means that for each completed shift, you can earn valuable points, granting you access to premium shifts, prizes, contest entries, and more, all based on your performance over the last 60 days.
Here's how it functions:
1. Arriving on time for each shift earns you +5 points.
2. Points are capped at 100. The longer you maintain a score of 100 points, the higher your rating becomes. This elevates your priority for premium shifts and prizes.
3. Last-minute call-offs (within 4 hours of the shift) result in a deduction of -25 points.
4. Abandoning a shift incurs a penalty of -50 points.
5. No-call, no-show results in a deduction of -50 points.
Important notes:
- An accumulation of 0 points will lead to a 7-day suspension from the platform. Following the suspension, your scorecard will be reset with +5 points.
- A score of -25 points or lower will result in removal from our platform.
For a swift boost in points, consider these strategies:
- Proactively book your shifts, and review your calendar to mitigate the chances of call-offs.
- Timely arrival is crucial. Clocking in later than 2 minutes after your scheduled shift start time will not yield points. Ensure you arrive punctually and clock in on time.
- Promptly clock out after your shift to ensure swift point issuance.
