Provider Reliability Scoring

Quinable maintains its high-quality providers to ensure excellence across various facilities. To achieve this goal, Quinable has introduced the new Provider Reliability Scoring system.
We are excited to unveil our enhanced Provider Reliability Scoring system!
So, what does this mean for you? It means that for each completed shift, you can earn valuable points, granting you access to premium shifts, prizes, contest entries, and more, all based on your performance over the last 90 days.
Newly recruited providers receive 50 pts.
Complete a Shift +5pts
Complete an Urgent Shift +5pts
(Book and work a shift that starts within 48 hours; it is additional 5 points, and you still get the Complete a Shift point)
NCNS -75pts
Shift Abandonment -100pts
Cancel a shift:
0-4 hours in advance -70pts
4-8 hours in advance -65pts
8-16 hours in advance -50pts
16-24 hours in advance -40pts
24-48 hours in advance -20pts
48-72 hours in advance -10pts
72+ hours in advance -5pts
Timeliness:
Clock-in Ontime +5pts
Clock-in 15-30 minutes late -5pts
Clock-in 30+ minutes late -10pts
Restriction Policy
- When the reliability score falls below 0, the account will be put in Restrict status.
- When an account in Restrict
- The provider can still see all open shifts
- The provider can NOT bid on any shift
- All pending bids will be removed.
- Future booked shifts may be removed at the discretion of the facility.
- A facility can invite the provider directly to a shift, which the provider can accept and work.
- After the provider meets with the Provider Advocate after the restriction is over, the Provider Advocate may reset the score to 5.
The number of restrictions accumulated is counted on a 90-day rolling window.
1st negative pts - 1-week restriction;
2nd negative pts - 2-week restriction
3rd negative pts - 365-day restriction from platform
Policy Awareness
Just so you know, providers may get additional messages during the bid and call-off process, depending on your score.

When Providers bid on a shift- show pts they can win & what they can lose. (+10 points if on time & complete)

2-step verification to Bid a Shift:
- “You can earn 10pts for being on time and completing the shift!” (Accept or Cancel button)
- SHOW POINT SYSTEM ON FULL SCREEN: “You will lose points if the shift is canceled within 72 hours of the shift start. Do you agree to the attendance policy above?” (Agree or Cancel Button)
2 . Call off a shift
3-step verification to cancel - warnings & understanding
- “You will lose Xpts if you cancel this shift now. You will have X points when you cancel this shift.”
If the cancellation is within a 72 hour window, continue cancelation questions
- “The facility relies on providers like you to fill in gaps with their own staff to ensure every resident has a provider to care for them. Are you sure you want to cancel your shift?”
- “The facility may choose to DNR you from their facility when you cancel this shift within 72 hours. This means you may no longer be able to bid on future shifts with this facility. Are you sure you want to cancel?”
