- The facility must approve your submitted time before Quinable can process your payment.
- Approval times vary by facility. If your time is still pending, reach out to the facility to confirm approval status.
3. Daily Payment Processing
- Once the facility approves your time, Quinable processes payments daily.
- Payments typically take 1-3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Common Questions
What If My Time Isn’t Approved by the Facility?
- Payment cannot be processed until the facility approves your time. If approval is delayed, contact the facility’s scheduler or administrator to resolve the issue.
Can Quinable Expedite My Payment?
- Quinable processes payments daily for all approved invoices. However, bank processing times are outside of Quinable’s control.
