How to Request Sent Home Pay
Overview
If you arrive at a facility and are sent home early, some facilities offer sent-home pay as compensation. While Quinable does not typically adjust time, the Quinable app provides a simple way for you to submit a sent-home pay request directly to the facility for approval.
How to Request Sent Home Pay
- Access the Time Clock Screen
- Open the Quinable app and navigate to the Time Clock screen.
- Locate the Sent Home Pay Button
- On the Time Clock screen, look for the large red button labeled Request Sent Home Pay.
- Submit the Request
- Tap the button to submit your sent-home pay request.
- The app will automatically calculate the pay based on the facility’s policy and submit it directly to the facility for approval.
What Happens Next
- Facility Review and Approval
- The facility will review the sent-home pay request. Approval times may vary depending on their internal processes.
- Payment Processing
- Once the facility approves the sent-home pay, Quinable processes and releases the payment.
Important Notes
- Facility Policy Applies: Sent-home pay availability and policies vary by facility. Ensure you are aware of the facility's guidelines.
- No Manual Time Adjustments by Quinable: Quinable does not manually adjust time for sent-home pay. Requests must be submitted directly through the app for facility approval.
- Monitor Your Request: You can track the status of your request in the Quinable app under your Payment History.
