When Do I Get Paid?
Overview
As an independent contractor with Quinable, payment processing is designed to be seamless and efficient. This article explains how and when you can expect to receive your payments after completing a shift.
Payment Timeline
- Shift Completion
- At the end of your shift, submit your time for approval through the Quinable app.
- Ensure your location services were enabled during the shift for accurate time tracking.
- Facility Approval
- The facility where you worked must review and approve your submitted time.
- Approval times may vary depending on the facility's internal processes.
- Daily Payment Disbursements
- Once the facility approves your time, Quinable processes payments daily.
- Payments are typically disbursed within 1-2 business days after facility approval, depending on your bank's processing times.
Typical Payment Timeline
- Approval Timing: Payments can only be initiated after the facility has approved your time.
- ACH Processing: After payment is initiated, it typically takes 1-3 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
Factors That May Affect Payment Timing
- Approval Delays
- If the facility has not yet approved your time, payment cannot be processed.
- You may need to follow up with the facility to ensure approval.
- Incomplete Time Submission
- Ensure you have submitted your time through the app after completing your shift.
- Missing submissions will delay approval and payment.
- Bank Processing Times
- Once Quinable sends your payment, bank processing times may vary.
- Most payments arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank.
Where to Check Your Payment Status
You can check the status of your payments in the Quinable app:
- Go to the Earnings section.
- Locate your completed shifts listed with payout details.
- Tap Track My Payout next to the relevant shift.
- You will see the current status of the payout for that shift, including approval and payment processing updates.
Important! Don't forget these 2 additional points.
- If a facility asks you to work a shift and it did not go through the Quinable app process, you will not get paid. Quinable has to have proof that you worked. PLEASE tell the facility to enter the shift in the App. Quinable will not pay any shift that is not verified or approved.
- On your Smartphone, go to Settings and make sure your LOCATION SHARING for Quinable is set to Always On. This is how Quinable tracks your time and can make sure you get paid on time. If your location data is not on and the Facility sees that your Location Data is not shared - you will not get paid.
