Introducing the Quality & Reliability Thresholds

Effective 4/22/2025 we will implement a tiered access system for shift booking based on your Reliability Score. This score reflects your consistency in attending and completing booked shifts.

Here’s how it works:

Note: A booked shift is defined as an accepted bid that is yet to be worked.

Examples:

• A provider with a score of 20 and 1 accepted bid + 2 pending bids = cannot place more bids.

• A provider with a score of 20 and 0 accepted bids + 2 pending bids = can place 1 more bid.

• A provider with a score of 20 and 0 accepted bids + 3 pending bids = cannot place more bids.

Booking Limit Exceptions:

• Urgent shifts (unfilled within 48 hours of the shift time)

• Direct bid placements by Quinable or Facility staff

• Invitations from Quinable or Facility staff

These exceptions are not subject to the booking limits, and you can still take action on those opportunities regardless of your score.
