Quality and Reliability Threshold
Introducing the Quality & Reliability Thresholds
Effective 4/22/2025 we will implement a tiered access system for shift booking based on your Reliability Score. This score reflects your consistency in attending and completing booked shifts.
Here’s how it works:
Reliability Score | Max Booked Shifts | Max Pending Bids |
---|---|---|
0–24 | 1 | 3 |
25–49 | 3 | 6 |
50–74 | 7 | 15 |
75+ | No limit | No limit |
Note: A booked shift is defined as an accepted bid that is yet to be worked.
Examples:
-
A provider with a score of 20 and 1 accepted bid + 2 pending bids = cannot place more bids.
-
A provider with a score of 20 and 0 accepted bids + 2 pending bids = can place 1 more bid.
-
A provider with a score of 20 and 0 accepted bids + 3 pending bids = cannot place more bids.
Booking Limit Exceptions:
-
Urgent shifts (unfilled within 48 hours of the shift time)
-
Direct bid placements by Quinable or Facility staff
-
Invitations from Quinable or Facility staff
These exceptions are not subject to the booking limits, and you can still take action on those opportunities regardless of your score.
We’re excited to roll out this system to ensure high-quality and dependable shift coverage for all our partners. If you have questions or need support understanding your score or limits, feel free to reach out.
Thank you for continuing to provide excellent care.
Warm regards,
The Quinable Team
