What should I do if I can not make to an accepted shift?
If you have an accepted shift and can not make it due to an unexpected life event, you should call off the shift as soon as possible. Such that the shift will be available to other providers. You can call off from Dashboard -> Bids Results -> Accepted. Then, tab the shift you could not make, scroll down to the bottom of the shift detail page, you will see a Call Off button.
