What to do if the App clocks me out before my shift ends?
Quinable App relies on accurate location data from the phone. If the GPS signal is too weak due to the building structure of the facility, the App may clock out early before the shift scheduled end time. Quinable platform will notify you via text in this case. Don't worry, and please continue your shift. You can choose Manual Edit to correct the clock-out time when you submit your time for approval at the end of the shift. If you have difficulty doing so, please open a ticket at support.quinable.com.
