If you call off a shift less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, your call off will be counted as a Late Call-Off. However, if a shift is accepted less than 12 hours of the scheduled start time, your call-off would not be counted as a Late Call-Off.
The number of Late Call-Off is part of the reliability stats the facility sees. With similar experience and bid rates, a facility may prefer a provider with fewer Late Call Off. Conversely, a facility may put a provider with excessive Late Call-Off on its Suspension List, preventing you from bidding on its shifts.
