What to do if the App did not capture my time or I'm not able to clock-in?
Using the App to work the shift is essential to get your payout on time. You need to have your phone charged, with a good data connection, location access turned on 30 minutes before your shift start till your shift end. If the App does not capture your time and location data, your payout may be delayed for additional 72 hours.
If you did not use the App to check in to log your time, you could open a ticket to ask Quinable Support to enter the time for you manually. https://support.quinable.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
You will need to provide the following information
(1) The shift ID: Find it on the Shift Detail page, or the facility name and shift start time and end time
(2) Evidence you worked there, two options
- A photo of the sign-in/out sheet with the facility supervisor signature on it, Or
- Have the facility open a ticket for you with y our name, shift, hours worked, rate, etc.
Our support will verify the information provided and may require additional information from you before entering the time.
